Associate Directors provide the overall leadership at UC. The nature of the role requires a minimum of 7 - 10 years within UC to be eligible for invitation to the group.
Associate Directors are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and employee satisfaction in the Firm. They work closely with client teams and ensure engagement agendas maximise client impact. Associate Directors deepen and strengthen client relationship and also actively develop new client relationships. They are also responsible for the day-to-day running of the Firm and drive a number of firm development initiatives including Human Resources, knowledge management, training and mentoring.
