Monitoring Long Hours
UC's Leadership Team is committed to supporting a healthy balance between life and work. We monitor employee hours weekly, to identify if specific individuals or case teams are consistently working excessively long hours and take necessary steps to address these situations, when they occur.
The Compensation Leave is addressed to those employees who have worked exceptionally long hours on a case and have dedicated personal time for clients work. These employees are given comp-off after their case concludes, in recognition of their extra work.
