Right from inception, our focus has been on helping Clients with the process of implementing our recommendations. We understand that the key measure of success of any consulting project, is whether it gets executed. To ensure that our recommendations do not sit on your book-shelf, our implementation strategy is pillared on the following:
Practical Recommendations
No implementation plan can ever be perfect, or sacrosanct. We build in flexibility and adaptability into the process, so that you can correct course as you go along. Most organisations develop great plans, but fail to execute them. We believe a solution that is 75% effective and workable, is better than one that is 95% effective, but more difficult to action.
Collaborative Implementation
Our approach to execution is highly participative and involves your senior team, a large number of managers, and staff from your organisation. We assist our Clients in actioning recommendations, whenever they feel the need for that support. We will not propose an idea that together, we cannot implement. We also track progress through Implementation Audits that we periodically conduct, after completing an engagement. Our services include project coordination, follow-up and course correction.
