The client was a leading Indian business group with interests in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. The client was seeking to evaluate an early-stage company that offers primary healthcare and wellness services for investment/ partnership and wished to conduct a due diligence of the business model and existing operations.
Our Approach
To evaluate the company under consideration for investment, UC Strategy adopted the following approach:
- Developed a detailed understanding of the business model based on interviews with the top management
- Analysed the operational and financial viability of the clinic models deployed by the company to offer its healthcare services
- Mapped the competitors in the primary healthcare space to assess key differentiators in the company’s business model and the potential for future growth and scalability
- Triangulated findings from primary and secondary research to evaluate the feasibility of partnering with the client for the rollout of a new clinic model
