The client, a chemicals manufacturer, had two land parcels. The client wanted to assess the possibility of creating a third party warehousing facility warehousing facility in one of the parcels. The focus was on chemicals as the region was well known for its chemical industries.
To develop an assessment of the potential of third-party chemical warehousing in the region, UC Strategy adopted the following approach:

The client received a detailed insight into the third party warehousing industry in the region with possible business opportunities that could be evaluated.
