The client was a leading Indian diagnostic (pathology) player with a network of laboratories across the country. They were looking to develop a growth strategy by deepening existing service offerings and exploring new business opportunities.

    • Understand market dynamics for selected opportunities
    • Build on various factors to gauge the potential i.e. barriers to entry, profitability, competitive intensity etc.
    • Develop filtration criteria based on discussions with the client, to arrive at a shortlist of final opportunities to be outlined in detail
    • Finalise opportunities and carry out a detailed assessment, including critical factors for success
  • Developed strategic recommendations based on extensive research and internal discussions
