The company approached UC Strategy to help them sort out issues regarding the structure of their aluminum division, the end results of their processes and human resource allocations.

Our Approach

UC Strategy took the following steps for this project:

  • Restructured the aluminum division of this Rs 1,000 crore company, which included the manufacturing plant in Pune and the marketing office in Mumbai
  • Organised the operations around business processes to increase the focus on end-results and to drive accountability and responsibility
  • We also identified the existing people who were best equipped to staff the new organisation, as well as the positions that needed new hires, including a CEO for the division
