Client Challenge

The client was a conglomerate with business interests covering a wide and varied spectrum of sectors such as sugar, cement and building materials, packaging, etc. The client, therefore, wanted to conduct the feasibility study of setting up an Indoor Golf Academy and prepare a business plan for the same. In discussion with UC Strategy, however, it had agreed that it would be useful to conduct a quick feasibility of the concept in a limited geographical (South Mumbai) before expanding the scope

Our Impact

We provided the client with feasibility assessment of golf simulator in Mumbai, target layout and business plan. We also provided them investment and revenue plan.
