The client, a prominent cash management services company offering a range of solutions including cash management and managed services to banks, faced significant disruption due to COVID-19. In response, the client undertook several initiatives to optimize its cost structure and maintain operational effectiveness, achieving high productivity levels.     • Engaged in discussions with the management team to understand their hypotheses and objectives from the engagement.
  • Goal Mapping:
    • Mapped individual goal sheets and KRAs with the strategic objectives of the management, aligning KRAs and KPIs.
  • Indicator Analysis:
    • Analyzed lead and lag indicators of each strategic objective and identified current challenges with data-driven decision-making.
  • Metric Calculation:
    • Determined the calculations for each metric, identified data sources, and addressed challenges related to data availability and accuracy, along with monitoring and recording frequency.
  • Operational Metrics Identification:
    • Identified and finalized operational metrics requiring effective monitoring for improved decision-making.
  • Dashboard/MIS Definition:
    • Defined the necessary dashboards and MIS for key operational roles, creating six detailed dashboards including user interfaces.
