The client, a large global ports and terminal company, sought to expand its logistics and warehousing operations in India by acquiring a leading player in the Indian warehousing and logistics sector. To ensure a smooth integration, the client engaged UC to evaluate the target company’s organisational structure, HR policies, culture, decision frameworks, and key processes. The goal was to compare these elements with the client’s own practices and develop a comprehensive integration roadmap and plan.
Our Approach
