UC operates on a hybrid working model. Our consultants travel for client work, engage with clients at their offices, and work from home or our office at Mumbai as needed. We provide comprehensive training for our consultants, to ensure continuous development and excellence in service delivery. We also value face-to-face interactions with clients and team members when necessary.

  • The team gets together to participate in our weekly training program. We discuss current and past UC Case Studies and strategy and implementation consulting methodologies.
